Welcome to Pak Putliyan Sports. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By working with us, requesting a quote, placing an order, or visiting our site, you accept and agree to the terms below.

1. Company Overview
Pak Putliyan Sports is a B2B manufacturing company based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We specialize in the production of custom sportswear, leatherwear, and casual wear for international brands, retailers, and private label clients.

2. Business-to-Business Services
Our services are strictly for B2B clients. We do not sell products directly to individual consumers. Our manufacturing solutions are intended for companies including importers, wholesalers, retail chains, sports brands, and private labels.

3. Custom Manufacturing and Sampling
All products are manufactured to client specifications. Sampling is done based on provided artwork, tech packs, or product details. Any delays in providing accurate information or approving samples may impact production timelines.

4. Quotes and Pricing
All quotations are provided in USD or as mutually agreed. Prices depend on product type, customization, materials, and quantity. Quotes are valid for a limited time (typically 7 to 15 days). Final prices are confirmed upon receiving a confirmed order and agreed terms.

5. Order Placement and Production
Production begins only after sample approval, purchase order confirmation, and advance payment. A minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies for all items. Lead times vary depending on product and order volume and are shared during confirmation.

6. Payment Terms
Payments are accepted via bank transfer (TT) or other mutually agreed secure methods. Our standard payment terms are:

• 50% advance payment to initiate production

• 50% balance payment once the order is completed and ready for shipment

The final payment must be received before dispatch. Shipping will only be arranged after the remaining balance is confirmed. All bank charges are to be borne by the buyer.

7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders globally through trusted logistics partners. Shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise. Delivery timelines depend on destination and carrier performance. Pak Putliyan Sports is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carriers.

8. Quality Control and Claims
All products go through strict quality control. Clients should inspect orders upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 7 working days. Valid claims may be resolved by partial credit, product replacement, or discounts on future orders, as mutually agreed.

9. Intellectual Property
All client designs, logos, and branding remain their property. We do not share or reproduce client-specific designs for others. Any in-house designs or samples may be used for internal reference or marketing without client branding, unless restricted.

10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality over product designs, pricing, and communications. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be arranged upon request for sensitive or long-term projects.

11. Limitation of Liability
Pak Putliyan Sports is not liable for indirect losses or damages. We are not responsible for delays due to inaccurate client instructions or third-party shipping issues.

12. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan.

13. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services confirms your acceptance of the latest version.
